Return Policy

At Serenity Spa Shop we will happily accept your return or an exchange of an item if you are not entirely satisfied with it by following the following procedure:

Please contact us within 14 days of when your item(s) arrive should you have an issue with any of our products. We will gladly refund your payment minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

  • Please notify us (email: contactus@serenityspashop.com) within 14 days of receipt of product(s) of your intent to return or exchange an item and you will receive an email with an authorization # and mailing address from Serenity Spa Shop.
  • Once you have received an authorization from Serenity Spa Shop, please package your return item carefully (if product was opened and used, please package remaining product up carefully) and mail it to us.
  • Please insure and use a tracking number when returning an item for exchange, or refund. 
  • Once your item is received, we will glady process your return.

 

*For Spa Wear, we are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

 

*Shipping charges incurred for exchanges of products will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

 

*Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to

 

*If you receive a package that is damaged, leaked or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours. Please snap a photo of the damage and email us at: contactus@serenityspashop.com.
